1. About Eatnuts

Eatnuts (operated by Sri Aravind Traders) is an online grocery store based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We specialise in premium quality rice, dry fruits, and seed varieties sourced directly and delivered to your doorstep.

By placing an order on our website (eatnuts.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Hyderabad, Telangana. Orders placed from outside Hyderabad will not be processed. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please call us at +91 93925 21181 before placing an order.

• Delivery is available 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1,000.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

3. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, it is treated as a request to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after our team verifies availability and contacts you (via phone or WhatsApp) to confirm.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if a product is out of stock or unavailable.
• You will be notified in case of any changes to your order before delivery.
• Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at the time of ordering.

4. Pricing & Products

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
• Product images on the website are for representation purposes only. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
• Weights mentioned are approximate. Minor variations (±2–5%) may occur due to natural product properties.

5. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your door.
• UPI — Pay via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI-enabled app. Our UPI details will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

6. No Returns & No Refunds

This policy exists because food products cannot be resold once they leave our hands, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exception — Our Mistake: If we deliver a wrong item or a clearly damaged/defective product, we will take full responsibility. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by calling us immediately.
• Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
• Eatnuts reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., in case of stock shortage or incorrect pricing) and will notify you promptly.

8. Your Account

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eatnuts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
